You see an amazing view like this and you know that God in His infinite wisdom created beauty with the sweep of His hand. One of the most beautiful scenes in the world. Look how the water reflects the colors and textures of the sky. Amazing!

The old saying "You don't know what you have until it's gone" is true. After being without my computer for a month (thank you Miss Lori for letting me use yours) I have gotten a new one! I am so excited to have my life back! You cannot believe how dependent I am on this little machine! So glad that is over and I am on it now!

The 80's called and want their shirt back! Bahahaha! My sister cleaned her closet out this weekend and this was one of the more frightening things that were found. Lori and I used to think we were sweatshirt designers, and believe it or not, people actually paid us for this stuff! Talk about a flashback, I felt the need for a bonfire!
I think one of the most amazing things in the world is a baby's hand. I look at these tiny hands and wonder what these children will grow up to be. Will they use these hands for good? Will they build a life they can be proud of? How will they influence others? I'm so privelaged to have the opportunity to love so many children and help take care of them. I try to never miss an opportunity while I'm holding one of these precious gifts to pray for them, their future choices and their protection. We have a responsibility as adults to help guide them, pray for them and love them.

I have the best staff in the world. This is Miss Hilary, she promised me she would wear St. Patty's day boxers over her pants today and she did! So funny! The kids loved it, the parents thought it was hysterical and the other teachers were surely jealous! I'm lucky to have Hilary as part of my team!

On the surface, you see this as a gorgeous tree in bloom providing sweet nectar to the playground bumblebees. To me however, this tree is and unnecessary evil that promotes headaches, runny noses and itchy eyes. Yes! Allergies! So, as beautiful as this tree may seem on the outside, it truly is an evil ploy to keep me sneezing!

Meet the Octopus. the only thing my nephew Tristan asked for at Christmas. I found and ordered this little fella off the internet. The joy and excitement on his face when he opened it was worth the world. He is rarely without it. It is his best friend. He tries to take it to school, but mom puts the nix on that so he usually sits it in their bay window as he walks out he front door for school. Well, their dog Wednesday decided to use the favored Ollie as a chew toy. Tristan laid on his bed with the mauled Octopus next to him and cried for over an hour. I was ready to get back on line and get a new one stat. My sister Terri came to our rescue and said she would fix it for him. Tristan was hopeful and asked "is aunt Terri a fixer?" I said "yes she is". So, this morning, Aunt Terri saved the day and stuffed and sewed the Octopus back together. He is as good as new with just a few little scars. Tristan came to pick him up and is now reunited with his bff. It's good to have a fixer in the family!

This is my friend Nick. Nick Dillard, you might mistake him for Dr. Evil's "mini me" except he probably stands over 6 ft. tall. Nick got some "hair brained" (pun intended) idea to let Trevor shave his head. Now he looks unfortunate. Oh well, it's just hair and it will grow back...I hope! Bahahahahahaha
